I work in an environment where I have contact wirth many individuals who use Doctors Surgeries around Kent . I am amazed at the discrepancies in the services offered and feel the need to congratulate Wye Surgery for the excellent service that is given to their patients. The primary benefit is that if one needs to see or speak to a Dr urgently it is possible to do so. A wide variety of sevices are offered . The GP 's are approachable - efficient and do not make one feel hurried . The choice of a fabulous female GP is invaluable. I am a very grateful patient. Thank you

I have attended Wye Surgery since 1985. I have seen Gp's retire and you're Gp's take over. My two babies, now grown are also life long patients who are as happy as me with the medical service. I love the new call back consultation, saves so much time and waiting around. The surgery has grown in strength, in understanding what its patients want and have a super friendly team. Would I go somewhere else? No. Would I recommend to anyone new? absolutely! Well done guys.

Fortunately I rarely am in need of medical advice. However when my L5 disc caused excruciating pain and immobility I rang the surgery ay 9.15 a.m. By 10 a.m a GP had rung me back for a consultation and immediately arranged for me to see the physiotherapist at the surgery the same day. Perhaps I was extremely lucky , all I can say is the system worked extraordinarily well for me. Both health professionals were reassuring and patient. Well done Wye surgery

Since 1973 My family & now my grandchildren have been registered at Wye Surgery.Dr Flack helped us get a council house when I was really ill, otherwise he did not rate my health chances working the way I was on the land They have knowledge of conditions that have affected my family. We had support from the team when we lost our eldest son to pancreatic cancer. Our daughter diagnose with Sarcoidosis& now MS. In particlar the Nurses,Beccy,Helen Julie,Rachael & even Jayne the nurse prationer have seen me & my wife Yvonne reach our retirement & helped us through each crisis. Lately it has been sorting my wife Yvonne with Manuka Honey Dressings after the removal of a stage 4 invasive Mellanoma.Without the support & strength given to me by the whole team I doubt if I would be around. So I say thankyou to all of them& the rest of the team you are all people that make up the perfect family surgery First time I ever rang for an appointment the receptionist said ah your the guy who only rings when there is something wron..Been like that eversince its like our extended family. Now we are deemed fit for holiday! Thanks
